What is contractorspanel.com?

contractorspanel.com is the system that Ringley staff use to procure the services of Suppliers and Contractors. This enables us to track that work is distributed fairly, without bias and collects performance data so our Clients can rate the services you provide.

Why contractorspanel.com?

Increasing legislation puts a burden on us to know that your insurance, Gas Safe, NICEIC registration etc... has not expired before we instruct a job contractorspanel.com helps us manage this process. Where the type of work you do involves working at heights we can identify this to you and issue you a permit to work. Also, it is important for you to certify to us that your company and your operatives are properly trained to use relevant equipment.

contractorspanel.com also will provide you details of the asbestos register (where applicable) so that you can fulfil your legal duty to disclose the presence and location of asbestos to your operatives so that are aware of any risks and can take necessary personal protective equipment with them.

What does it cost to become a supplier

As you can imagine the costs of administering a Suppliers panel are not insignificant so there is a one off application fee and thereafter an annual review fee. The application fee of £60+Vat covers us checking your policies, checking the need for your services, taking references and your application being referred to a Board meeting where a decision will be made and then notified to you. The annual renewal fee is based on the type of services you provide and is as follows:
